Transfer application

Transfer notes

Before you apply, please read the transfer notes (see item 1.6 of the parents’ guide), discipline rules, and the notes below.

You can submit a transfer in either of these two ways:

  1. Download and complete thepdf iconFeng Hua transfer form , email the signed form to info@fenghua.com.au, and hand the form to the school on the day of class.
  2. Submit the online form below.
